Events at The Belle

The Belle is a wonderful venue for smaller scale events such as weddings, parties, meetings, etc.  Our guidelines for events are as follows:

  • Events with 50 or less attendees are welcome at The Belle.

  • The Belle venue includes porch area, outdoor patio, living room and dining room for day events and guests rooms for evening events.

  • All weddings and evening events (after 5pm) must include all three guest rooms and one night stay.

  • Evening events must end by 11pm per city ordinance.

Pricing

Event pricing is as follows:

  • 3 hr daytime event - $250 plus 6.75% tax

  • Evening event - $1000 plus 12.75% tax (Includes all three en suite bedrooms. Price is subject to change based on room rates.)

  • All events require 50% deposit at time of booking.

Parties

All parties (showers, luncheons, meetings etc) over 30 people are considered “evening events”  regardless of the time of the event and are charged accordingly. Eg; A day shower or luncheon that has over 30 attendees will be charged the same as wedding or evening parties.
